I began taking gymnastics at the age of 4. I have been coaching gymnastics and tumbling for 16 years at gyms, schools, and dance studios all over So Cal. I have trained with olympic and elite gymnasts. Safety is my number one priority. Today, I co-own one of the largest gymnastics companies in California.


First we'll discuss which type of flip you would like to learn. Then I will conduct a deep, full body stretch. I will break down all the elements of the skill with proper technique. Then I will coach and spot you through the flip of your choice!

Where you'll be

The class will be held at Club Champion Gymnastics La Cañada. This is our newest of three state-of-the-art gymnastics training centers.

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest Requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 5 and up can attend. Guests should be physically capable of holding their own body weight and must be okay being upside down.
