Tina and Pier were great guests but her review is too emotional and it seems that she is trying to misleads my future guests. We had a glass lid on the top of our stove. She asked me how to operate the stove at 2.00 am. Even when she asked me at this late hour, I answered after 10 minutes. I said that she must lift the lid which is normal to do this because everybody knows what will happen when you put a glass on a hot stove. I’ve been a super host for 3 years and none of my guests till now have had any problems with the stove. Actually, the truth is that Tina didn’t pay the full price of lid as she suggested, because for me the guests and their experience is the most important. On the next morning went to the apartment and cleaned everything. Additionally, you can check all my reviews that apartment every time is super clean. This is a must for my business. In regards to the towels and sheets, I use professional cleaning products every time, so I’m pretty sure that this is definitely not true. My rule about toilet paper is to put 1 roll per day. Really sorry that this is not enough for you. By the way if you had asked me I would definitely have given you more. At the end I will say that we have coffee shops, restaurants and shops which work 24/7 and they are located meters away from the apartment. Boulevard Vitosha is located in 10 minutes walking distance from my place. In my describtion I have written that the apartment is 65 square meters and in many of my reviews you can see that the apartment is exactly as it shown at the pictures. One of the other bonuses is that regardless of being in the center of the city, the nice part is that the street is quite, but in her review unfortunately this is marked as a negative. In the details of any confirmed reservation of my guests is described really well, what are normal prices for the taxi service, my transfers and price of metro tickets. Also, as it is normal for all countries in the world we have cheap hotels, expensive hotels and even really good hostels for any budget.
