The villa is surrounded by great vistas to the sapphire sea and the islands to the south, to the mountains and hills to the north, to the Eucalyptus forest and the scattered houses to the east, surrounded by a sophisticated and enchanting Mediterranean Garden.
The guest can choose to relax outdoors to the south ‘Sea Terrace' sunbathing looking over the sea and beachfront with the enchanting blooming Mediterranean Garden that becomes the beginning of the sandy beach. The sandy beach with white pebbles leads to the peaceful sea of crystal clear and shallow water ideal for kids and elderly. The north ‘Hill terrace' looking over the hills and mountains is favourable for siesta time by the exterior lounge bed-sofa, enjoying the cool breeze from the Aegean Sea and the romantic sounds from the trees' leave and the birds' singing. The guest has also the unique opportunity to explore and taste the Mediterranean Garden's fruits, apricots, peaches, pears, grapes, figs, apples, pomegranates and walnuts, on the right season, May to October.

Finally, for those interested in discovering more about the island by car, there are myriad of vernacular villages and beaches around.
The most important sightseeing is "Drakospita" that are “Cyclopean" constructions and are located 5km away. They are built in steep areas and they are massive and imposing constructions that intrigue visitors' curiosity. Nobody knows when they were built and for what reason. The most known and well preserved Drakospito is the one at Ochi and has been characterized by the scientists as an ancient temple where god Zeus and goddess Hera were worshiped.

The ideally favourable Villa position allows the guest to isolate accompanied by the piece of nature but also walk in 5', 500 meters, to the first seaside taverns to explore the gastronomic wealth of the island's local Mediterranean cuisine. It is located in Aria beach, 1,5 km away from the village port in Nea Styra, Euboea's village of the ancient dragon houses. It is only 45' by car from Athens airport to Agia Marina port and 45' more by ferry. Renting a car is important for your comfort not only to drive to the port but also for possible tours around the island, the second largest in Greece. You can easily book it on avis.gr car rentals and pick it up and return it at the airport.
