Located in the most peaceful and secret corner of Pipa, Casa da Mata is surrounded by trees and natural flora and fauna. No noises, no stress. Walk down our 600m ecological path to reach Praia do Madeiro, one of the most beautiful beaches of Brazil.
Casa da Mata is located inside the Condominio Pipa Natureza, near the Madeiro Beach, and 3000m away from the Pipa Downtown. That’s a 15 minute walk or just a 5 minute drive. It’s a safe place and there’s security at the entrance, so no need to worry.
The premium location is near everything you might need but with enough space in between to guarantee a peaceful stay. It is the ideal place for those who are looking for a renovating rest in the middle of nature. Have your breakfast listening to the birds singing, have a friendly chat with our cousins the little monkeys, read your favourite book in the hammock under a tree and discover all the treasures hidden to the standard tourists.
Praia do Madeiro was chosen as one of top 10 beaches of Latin America because of its beautiful cliffs and vegetation. You can see wild dolphins swimming and playing (yes, for real!), the giant turtles if you’re lucky, and have fun practicing surf, stand up paddle, kitesurf or kayak.
On the main floor you will find the terrace where you’ll want to hang out and spend a lot of time relaxing, reading, working or just listening to the most beautiful nature sounds. It’s a good place for barbecues or for just laying in the hammocks.
In the common area there are also comfortable couches in case you want to watch tv and you’ll have a really big and beautiful kitchen at your disposal to get inspired by the local ingredients.
Downstairs you’ll have your private room with a nice and peaceful view. If you stay in the suite you have a private bathroom, if you choose the room you have a shared bathroom with a washing machine that you’re free to use.
Don’t worry if you’re not keen on the idea of bugs – unlike most houses in Pipa, Casa da Mata is built with mosquito nets in every door and window that connects to the exterior, guarantying fresh air and “bugs free” ventilation.
Your host, Pedro, loves to live in Casa da Mata and to receive guests, so he’ll be at your service for anything you might need.
He will give you advice of the beaches you should visit, good restaurants, nightlife and secret spots only known to locals.
Additional services available:
-Taxi and moto taxi
-Candle dinner in the woods
-Surf, kitesurf, standup paddle lessons

Pipa is located at 6° S latitude, so there is perfect weather all year round, ranging between 28°C and 35°C.
In this natural retreat you won’t need much, but it’s important to bring along the basics:
Sunglasses, hat, sunscreen lotion, travel documents, driving license, medical insurance if you’ve got one. Don’t bring jumpers or coats, you won’t need them.
If you are a creative person, bring your tools: notebook, oils and canvas, camera, books, instruments.
At this point you can imagine what kind of place Casa da Mata is, so I won’t be redundant. Just respect the nature, yourself and the other guests.
If you feel like partying I’ll set you up with the coolest places in downtown Pipa.

Hey there, I’m Pedro. I know a name doesn’t say too much, but it’s a good start!
Many years ago I left my homeland in a nutshell that sailed the seven seas and finally brought me to paradise.
Now I live in the woods, near the sea, and I spend my time trying to become a wise sapiens. In the meanwhile, I go fishing and surfing, I work as a chef and I fill the pages of my notebook, portraying the grace and delicacy of beautiful people and places I met in my periplus
Mostly, I’m a good host who hopes to break the routine by meeting and hosting people from around the world to share this corner of paradise. I hope you visit me someday.
See you later, alligator.
