Small private room with your own door right off the main entrance. Free Wi-Fi, comfy bed and closet in the room (storage/freezer space available). Secure space with access to shared kitchen and shared bathroom, seating in the living room.
This is a quiet space to crash for the night or rest before exploring the Anchorage area. Close to the airport (7 minutes away from Ted Stevens Anchorage International). We do have a cat in the house, but we keep her out of the guest room.
The room is private and directly adjacent the main bathroom. Host's have their own half bath, but share the shower. It is a safe, relaxing and quiet place to sleep. Great for small families, traveling couples or short-term renters. Free, unlimited WiFi. Not much room for seating in the room, just a bed, desk and closet. Plenty of space to spread out in the living room area.
Front door has a coded entry. We'll send you the code after confirmed booking. Guests get their own private room. Host will not enter while guests are there and will keep the area secure. Please park on the right side of the driveway behind the silver car. You may also park on the street in front of the yard.

I'm a civil engineer from Anchorage, AK. I've been involved in real estate in many forms, from being a landlord to project management for private development. I love meeting new people and like to have happy tenants, even if only for a day! I speak German and a little Japanese, and love to learn new languages. You'll often see me grilling in the summer time or out in the garden. I love pho! I can make good recommendations for food and places to visit in Anchorage.
