Colorful art, book and taxidermy filled loft in DTLA's arts district. Additional features include: vaulted barrel wooden ceiling, full kitchen with 1950's vintage stove, stainless steel refrigerator, extensive library, very friendly one eyed cat.
Base price of $1,000 per day for non commercial productions.
Rental prices will vary slightly depending on:
-The number of people who will be using the space.
-The reconfiguring of space (if any) needed to accommodate your needs.
-The amount of advance notice given.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in time can be as early as 7 AM the day of your shoot, if tera time is needed to drop off supplies and set up, that can be arranged in advance.
Check out time is 3AM, if a little extra time is needed for clean up and such, that can be arranged.
COMMON SENSE STUFF
Sweep up broken glass, wipe up or mop any spills, discard waste in the outside trash bin.
Be mindful of using, not abusing the furniture, decoration and such.
Be mindful of noise for our neighbors.
Rentals with 10 or more people must bring their own trash bags and remove them from the premises when departing.
The term "trash removal" does NOT mean dumping your bags in the middle of an alleyway or a parking lot a couple of blocks away. (Yes, this really has happened, sadly)
Considering the central location, size of the space and its unique decor, I am extremely reasonable and fair-minded regarding my pricing and terms of agreement.
