A lovingly restored period villa situated near the Glyfada Golf course and the coast. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach of Glyfada. It is a very classy house, on a quiet street with exclusive access to a private swimming pool and garden. It was recently renovated (2016) and includes a wheelchair lift to the raised ground floor level. There is free parking in front of the building. Perfect for groups, either family, friends or business.

Mekân
The building is detached with garden all around. There is a pool on the front lawn. Recently completely renovated, it is in perfect condition. Ground floor has a kitchen diner and large living room with WC attached. Stairs lead you to two bedrooms on the first floor with one bathroom, and a third bedroom in the attic (2nd floor) which also has a small roof terrace. Please note that there are 4 terraces around the house to provide shade at any time of the day.

The whole property is accessible to guests, including the garden, swimming pool and roof terrace. There is a wheelchair access to the ground floor.
