This charming studio apartment is furnished with a delightful, walnut veneered double bed with pocket sprung mattress, anti allergy pillows and duvet with a 'feel like down' finish and crisp white cotton sheets. Also, bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers with TV, a hanging rack and chest for clothing and a large mirror. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience.
The freestanding modern oak effect kitchen comes equipped with a large sink, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave oven. You will find everything you need in the way of dishes, plates, cups, and cutlery in order to self cater or enjoy a take away or delivery meal. Washing up essentials and tea towels are also provided.
A small table and two chairs occupy the beautiful bay window which has a sunny outlook to the Malvern Hills. There is a stunning feature fireplace which compliments the other period features of the apartment such as the large sash bay window, high ceiling, deep cornice and brass effect chandelier. Cushions and throws are provided for feeling cosy and an oil filled electric radiator for additional heating if required.
The newly renovated bathroom for exclusive use of The Green Room guests is accessed from the communal hallway. It features a full size bath with electric shower over, toilet, wash basin and two large sash windows. You will find a supply of freshly laundered towels and immediate essentials consisting of toilet paper, soap, shower gel,shampoo and conditioner.
A welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits is provided. After booking, please take a look at my House Manual on the Airbnb site which gives access to lots of useful information and local knowledge to ensure a most enjoyable and relaxing visit.
The studio apartment and its separate bathroom is entirely private and accessed via the main front door to the property and a communal hallway shared with three other occupied apartments. There is plenty of parking space along the roadside at the front of the property.
To allow flexibility, keys will be accessible from a key safe at the front door of the building. I will of course be contactable during the entire stay to help with any queries. Please treat as your home from home.
This is a space designed for adults, it is not set up in any way for babies and children and is not childproofed in any way. Please keep noise levels with consideration of other residents in mind. There is a no smoking policy anywhere in and around the building and no pets also. For safety reasons, please do not light fires in the fireplace and no naked flames or lighting of candles please.

I am fortunate to have spent more and more time in Malvern through my work and since my two teenage daughters entered a local senior school and I believe there is nowhere quite like it. I love walking my Cocker Spaniel, Hattie, on the hills and meeting friends for coffee in one of the many cafes found in the town. I am delighted to be in a position to have guests stay in my property so that others too can appreciate some of what Malvern has to offer.
