My apt. is a perfect place for a cozy and private stay in Vancouver. It's got all the amenities (including gas stove!) and is steps away from Main st. where you can find pretty much everything you might want or need! LGBTQ2S friendly!
My space is small and charming little nest (about 400 sq. ft). I've got a guitar you can play if you are a musical type, lots of sunlight and a nice little park literally outside my back door. Ive got full amenities and there is a coin washer and dryer just steps from my apt. in the building.
You'll have access to my whole suite and a back porch and bbq -it's a bit ancient but still works!! - if you would like to use it. The porch is shared between myself and the other people in the apt. building so it may already be in use at certain times during your stay. There is no parking spot but lots of free street parking around the area.
I will arrange key pickup with you prior to your arrival but otherwise will be leave your to yourself. I can be reached via text for questions about the neighborhood/recommendations.

I have a garden out back so if you're luck you might get some fresh greens/veggies upon arrival!!
I share wireless internet with a neighbour so please no downloading or uploading is permitting during your stay. This is an apt. in a renovated house so there are others living here in closeish quarters. Noise transference isn't usually a problem but please be respectful in general and especially after 10 pm. Please treat this place with care - it's my main home most of the time and I treat it with love (because I love it) so I hope that you will too :)
I've lived in Vancouver now for 6 years and I love this city. I love to host people as well - I used to do a lot of couch surfing (both hosting and traveling) and one day I hope to again when the cost of living in Vancouver goes down..... but for now I am also loving air bnb hosting. I spend as much of my time in the outdoors biking, hiking, skiing, general exploring. I work as a Snowshoe Guide on one of the local mountains which I love!! I also havea little garden out back of my place that I really enjoying tending to in the spring and summer months.
I love people, connecting over shared travel experiences and getting to know folks from all over the world.
