Peace and quiet right in the heart of East London. Victoria Park is only 25 metres from the front door. Some of the best cafes, restaurants, bars and cultural events in London are all right here.
The flat has great cooking facilities, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
And if it's sunny then why not have a drink outside on the bench and enjoy the views of the city. Good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
It's a great open plan flat which was completely renovated in 2014. It has a lovely parquet wood floor and good views all around.
There is a dishwasher, massive cooker and very comfy sofa.
It's a great place to base yourself and go and explore the area.
Guests are welcome to use the whole flat. There is a washing machine and dryer if needed. There is access to the communal gardens and washing lines.
Always on the end of the phone or around if there are any problems.

The apartment is in a block of flats built for the 1951 Festival of Britain.
If you like eating out then here are a few recommendations:
Near the flat:
Sager & Wilde
The Laughing Heart
Franco Manca - Pizza pizza pizza!
Tayyabs (not that near but still not a million miles away) - amazing curry
Loong Kee on Kingsland Rd - great Vietnamese (bring your own bottle)
Mangal - Arcola St also not hugely close
Fish House for fish and chips
Any pie and mash shop, the one on Broadway Mkt is good
Hackney Bureau for breakfast or a nice coffee
The Pavilion in Victoria Park for a coffee (though the staff rarely look at you so you do feel somewhat like cattle. Tasty, money-laden cattle.)
Dean St Townhouse
Duck and Waffle for breakfast, for the view
Dinner by Heston (££££££)
Gymkhana (excellent set lunch at weekends)
Ottolenghi (if they are on upper st)
Padella (if they are near Borough Mkt)
Honey & Co
I get on well with my neighbours and require anyone that stays to respect the other people in the block.
I love to travel, eat and write plays, sometimes I manage to do them all at once. I live in London now, but before that I was in Scotland (Glasgow) for a long time.
As a guest I'm tidy, sociable and pretty independent and as a host I hope I always make people feel welcome and relaxed.
