Great apartment unit for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Unit is in upscale building within 2 miles of Vanderbilt, The Gulch, and great downtown Nashville.
A great 700sq ft, one bedroom unit with queen size bed in bedroom and queen size sofa sleeper in living room. Unit comfortably sleeps a group of four guests.
Unit has HD Smart TV in living room and bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a very spacious walk-in closet. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in bedroom closet along with bath linen. The kitchen is fully furnished with all of your essential needs for your home-away-from-home stay.
Guest will have access to all home amenities. As well as all of the building community amenities: swimming pool, fitness center, lounges with fireplace and pool table, and business center. There are additional public restrooms in the building near lounges and pool.
Guests may be able to contact us at any time via telephone or Airbnb message.

Gate entry key fob and key will be in lockbox near gate entrance. The code will be sent to guests via message a day or two prior to check-in.
One parking space is available in the garage on the second level (Level M based on elevator indication). Free parking is available curbside, and additional parking available in parking lot across the street from building unit for a nominal fee.
There is only one elevator for the building so you may have to wait patiently if visiting Nashville on the weekend. Staircases inside the building are located at the end of the u-shaped building on levels two through six.
*Please be mindful of noise, as to not disturb neighbors and building staff.
*Onsite building staff are not employees of Airbnb. Please contact hosts with any questions.
*Please note you will want to keep the key and fob in your possession during your stay. The key fob allows you to gain access to the building front door, parking garage, and pool.
*Only one vehicle is allowed to park in parking garage. You must place the parking pass in the front or back window so it is visibly seen by security.
*Guests must leave the parking pass in the apartment and place the key and key fob back in the lockbox upon final departure. Fee for any missing items will be deducted from security deposit. $150 fee for fob replacement, $100 parking pass replacement, and $20 fee for key replacement.
*Although the building allows non-aggressive pets on the premises, pets are not allowed in our personal apartment unit.
*Must abide by unit maximum occupancy.
*Please clean used dishes before departure. Okay to leave clean dishes in dishwasher.
*Place all used towels and bed linens in the closet laundry basket upon departure.
*Please put trash in waste baskets in unit. If waste baskets get full during your stay, you may put bagged trash in trash compactor through door to the left at the end of the building hallway. Extra trash bags are on the shelf in the pantry.
*Please respect our home and properties by not damaging nor stealing our belongings. If such incident happens, fees will be deducted from security deposit and you will be reported to Airbnb company and hosts.
*Guests are responsible for any violation fees they and their guests may occur.
*Please drink responsibly to keep behavior under control.
Any complaints from neighbors will result in a warning, and a second complaint will result in removal of property without refund. Police authority will be notified.
