To be clear, the kitchen and bathroom are in the same area. The toilet seat is divide by doors, and since the entire room has its own door this was never a problem since it is all new and functioning. We are aware this is a disadvantage, hence the lower prices for an otherwise great apartment in the center.
Please be aware it is a quiet neighborhood and there are people on the second floor.
All electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning, etc.) and lights need to be turned off when you're not at home.
We expect you to have fun and enjoy your stay as much as possible, while staying within the boundaries of good taste. In other words, behave like you would at your own home. :)
