Hello Thierry, I'm once again sorry for the mix up. You received step-by-step instructions on how to get into the apt and you ended up in another apartment without realising it. The next day we spent the whole day trying to reach you to ask you to go back to the apt to pack your stuff while the other guests was waiting for their check-in. We tried contacting you on Airbnb, by calling you and by sending you text messages to your phone. We only got hold of you at 19:00 when you told us you wouldn't be back at the apt until 21:30 that day. In the meantime we had to clean the apt and let the other guest check in, I'm sorry that we had to move some of your clothes and put them on the top of your suitcases in the process. I'm glad you liked the apartment.
