A gorgeous contemporary barn conversion. Ideal for couples to explore the endless sandy beaches and visit the amazing seal colony on the coat as well as the Broads National Park.
Our new one bedroom barn conversion, has a large open plan living area and kitchen with wood burning stove. Double bedroom and shower room and WC. All recently converted and situated on the edge of Winterton on sea on the site of a former farm. Secure garden, off road parking, WiFi, wood for the burner and a walking guide to the local area are all provided. There is underfloor heating though out.
The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a newly fitted and well equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, washing machine and microwave.
A widescreen internet enabled TV, DVD player and ipod dock are also provided. Wood burning stove.
There is a dining table with chairs and comfortable sofa. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, chest of draws and some hanging space.
The shower room has shower, WC and wash basin. The sofa can be set up as a sofa bed if required.
Guests have an enclosed outside seating area with barbeque. The Hay Barn has views out to the west across the drive towards the paddocks and fields beyond.
The accommodation has underfloor heating throughout and will accept up to 2 well behaved dogs.
The Hay Barn has wide doorways, so is suitable for guests with limited mobility, though there is a small step up to the shower.
We provide feather duvets and pillows, sheets, duvet covers, towels and tea towels but we ask guests to bring their own beach and dog towels.
There is also a games barn with table tennis etc and bikes which guests can use and free
There are free ranging chickens on site. and an allotment for PYO seasonal veg.

Off street parking available. There is a bus service. We also have some bikes to borrow. Nearest train station is Acle or Great Yarmouth.
