I hope this is not retaliation for not granting you late check-out, in addition to the early check-in I granted you. Both of which I explained that regardless of there being reservations before and/or after yours, those requests are considered on a case-by-case basis with no guarantees.
Airbnb is meant to provide people with alternatives to staying in a hotel. I take very good care of my house, listing it in other platforms with 5-star 4.7 out 5 ratings.
In your email to me, a while after checking-in you stated: "You have a beautiful home"
To address your private feedback - the house rules are set by the property owner and are made available on the listing and on the rental agreement. If you thought there were too many house rules, perhaps you shouldn't have booked.
As for the dirty pans, I apologize if some of them weren't clean. part of the rules is that guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchenware they use and put them away. Unfortunately, I can't have the cleaners go through everything guests use in the house, as that would require significant additional cleaning time. In order to do that, the cleaning fee would have to far more than what it is - which in many cases is not enough.
