We have to disagree with Stacy and believe her message is dishonest and hateful. We do however apologize for one mistake when Stacy had a alternation adding one extra day before check in. My maid was not ready to clean a day before but manage to get it done for you before 5pm which is 2 hours before your check in. Yes, the trash could had been overflown but that's normal with every guest that stays, we want them to not worry about throwing trash out. We take care of this for all of our guests. This does not allow you to say that we have a rotten problem. We have a contract with terminix company for over 3 years and not one single complaint about pests or rodents, this is very dis honest and uncall for.
Also we haven't had one issue with amenities with over 100 of guests and have double check for any broken glasses that we need to replace last week. This home is equipped than enough to accommodate 6 guests or more which we only allow 4 guest. We provide almost every herb, salt, pepper and other spices along with all cooking ware. We aren't sure what we are missing and Stacy did not address this in our review.
Our policy states that bed linens, pillow and blankets can be requested anytime. (We are assuming Stacy did not read any of our rules or policy) We use very high quality linens and want to ensure that we aren't being wasteful. To our understanding Stacy stay was less than 5 days and wouldn't need extra. We usually ask for those who stay more than 2 weeks and we are happy to leave more than enough linen. We are more than happy to provide more. We have double check the lights and there is no burnt out lights but notice outside the skipped bulbs to save electricity, its 100% safe and the string light is about 8 ft in the air. We are very environmental and try to save as much energy and material as possible.
Conclusion: Stacy has never address these issues with us and left us a review that is not honest but we will try to address the issues
