NO SMOKING: This is a Non-Smoking facility. Both inside and out. 2. NO OPEN FLAME OR SCENTS. No candles or open flame in room. No incense, or other substances that create odors. 3. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: People other than those in the rental party may not visit or stay overnight. (must receive consent from owner prior to any visit/visitor/or guest other then the rental party) 4. RESPONSIBILITY: Property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premise. 5. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided. While linens and bath/beach towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not. Property Condition We agree to leave the property in the same condition at check-out as it was at check-in; “normal” wear excepted. (Please empty refrigerator & remove all trash from the unit. The system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is/are flushed. PLEASE. . DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. (Please be mindful of how much TP you use this too can clog the system) No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. EVER ! If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of “up to” $ (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
