Located at Vuemont a prestigious West coast development,the apartment is furnished to a very high standard.The facilities at Vuemont include four swimming pools, clubhouse,tennis courts,gym and jogging track.There is courtesy transport to Speightstown and Holetown four times weekly.
The location high on a ridge means a cool breeze and
stunning views of the Caribbean sea.

The apartment has two bedrooms both featuring air conditioning.The master bedroom has a Queen bed and the second twin beds.The apartment is connected with high speed wifi. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space.
There is a 43 inch Flat screen TV it has a HDMI input so you can view your favourite tv shows from your personal devices if you wish.Please bring the correct cable if you want to do this .We have recently installed an android TV box so you can watch TV through the internet.There are numerous channels available and Movies.
Cable TV with mostly US channels is available in the clubhouse and the gym wifi connection is free in the clubhouse also..
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob stove and oven,microwave,fridge,washer and dryer, toaster and kettle.The freezer has an ice maker.All the crockery,cutlery and utensils are provided for you.
Bedding and towels are supplied for the number of persons booked with a spare set also provided.On arrival you will find a small supply of washing up liquid, laundry detergent, toilet rolls, garbage bags,scouring pad and hand wash.It is the guests responsibility to replace these items as required during their stay. The washer and dryer is there for your laundry requirements.
As well as your superior two bedroomed apartment accommodation you are able to enjoy the facilities at Vuemont.
These include four swimming pools, and numerous sun deck areas, The clubhouse with terraces and fantastic views.fully equipped gym with a/c and shower facilities ,jogging track within the estate,and tennis courts
These are all free except for floodlighting costs should you wish to play tennis after dark.Booking the courts are necessary and the security staff at the entrance will assist you with this.
There is also over 27 acres of landscaped gardens for you to enjoy.
On arrival you will be checked in the apartment by our local property manager who will ensure you are fully acquainted with the (URL HIDDEN) will provide you with the electricity meter read. Full details of local contact number names etc will be sent to you about two weeks prior to your arrival.
Our local property manager can also assist with taxi services.baby sitting,in house local cooking, and additional housekeeping duties if required.These costs are to paid directly to our property manager in local currency.

The apartment has a one key fits all system.The locks have snibs on the inside.If the snib is horizontal when you close the door it is LOCKED and you cant open it without a key.Please take care not to lock your self out of the apartment.A reminder of this will be on the notes sent to you prior to arrival.
The following rules are here to protect us the hosts and you the guest.Most are common sense, please read them carefully.
Only persons booked and paid for on your Airbnb confirmation are allowed on the property at any time unless specific permission has been authorised in advance by the hosts
We do not allow parties or gatherings at the apartment.
The apartment and terrace are strictly no smoking areas, any cleaning required to eliminate smoking odour will be charged to your damage deposit.
ELECTRICITY AND AIR CONDITIONING
Included in you rental is 100 units of electricity per week.Our experience shows that this is more than adequate for comfortable living/cooking etc in the apartment.
If you use air conditioning please do so responsibly by ensuring all the doors and windows in the bedroom/s are closed whilst in use.Failing to do this will cause the units to overwork and drip water on the laminated wood floors causing damage. There is no a/c in the lounge/dining area please do not attempt to use the bedroom units for these areas as the units will overwork and cause water leaks and damage to the floor .Any electricity consumption in excess of 100 per week will be charged to your damage deposit.
DAMAGE TO APARTMENT
If you have an accident and cause any damage please advise our property manager immediately so action can be taken to remedy the issue.Some household items in Barbados are very difficult to source and replace in time for the next guests.
Vuemont is a residential development so please show respect to your neighbours as you would expect yourself and do not cause any unnecessary noise or disturbance.
The owners of Apartment 241 do not accept any liability for any loss,damage or injury to any person or their personal belongings however caused whilst staying at Vuemont.Please ensure you have adequate insurance for you and your party for the duration of your stay in Barbados.
