The house features four master bedrooms all with ensuite
Bedroom 1 - downstairs - 2 single beds that can be joined to make a king bed - ensuite with double shower.
Bedroom 2 - upstairs - 1 queen bed, ensuite with claw foot bath & overhead shower.
Bedroom 3 - upstairs - 1 king bed that can be separated to 2 single beds and 1 single bed, ensuite with spa bath & overhead shower.
Bedroom 4 - downstairs - 1 queen bed with ensuite shower
Each bedroom has reverse cycle air-conditioning for your comfort and a private balcony, where you can enjoy the views of the garden.
The house has a cosy lounge room with a log burning fireplace, great for relaxing around on cold wintery days. There is a fully equipped country style kitchen with 2 stoves and a dishwasher. An adjoining dining room plus a sheltered verandah with a BBQ are great for entertaining.
The house is picture perfect which makes it ideal for wedding parties to get ready for their special day. Maleny has many boutique shops and restaurants for family and friends to explore for a lovely escape to the country.
The lawns and yard are fully fenced so you may bring along your four legged friend with prior approval.

The guests have the full use of the house.
The property manager lives on site in a small self contained cottage and is usually available to greet the guests on arrival and will show them around the house and answer any questions they have concerning the premises.
Events are permitted only with approval from the owner. There is an addition fee fee for events and will be advised upon application. Please advise event type, number of guests and the hours in which you intend to hold the event.
Quiet hours after 9pm.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or the use of any item supplied in the house so please bring bedding, dog towel, blanket etc. Please make sure your pet has a tick treatment as the Sunshine Coast is notorious for the paralysis tick.
