This home is ideal for a peaceful, tranquil get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Relax on the large deck and soak up the sounds of nature. It's an easy 20 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) into Maleny and close to the golf course and Baroon Pocket Dam.
The two bedroom, two bathroom house provides a modern, clean and quiet living space in a garden setting. The front door opens into the open plan kitchen-dining-lounge area. The kitchen has high end appliances, including a fridge, gas cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is ample cupboard and countertop space and it is finished off with stone benchtops. All crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and coffee machine are provided.
A small complimentary breakfast hamper is provided for you - including fruit, bread, croissants, jam, marmalade, butter, milk, tea, coffee and eggs.
Free Telstra ADSL WiFi is available and a television with both DTV and Netflix is in the lounge area.
The back wall of the living area is made up of a full width window and sliding door that opens up on to the large deck offering panoramic views of the the lake and surrounding valley and trees. A large ceiling fan ensures you remain cool no matter what the weather. The deck leads off to the side to the small garden area. Each bedroom has sliding door access to the deck.
Both bedrooms overlook the lake, the rain forest and macadamia trees and have ceiling fans. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 can be configured as follows: 2 x single beds, 1 x single & 1 x double bed or 3 x single beds. All linen is provided. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large rain shower. Towels and shower amenities are provided.
A new wood burning stove has been installed in the living area and wood will be provided.
There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the master bedroom, capable of cooling and heating the entire house.
There is a built-in washing machine available to the side of the kitchen in the scullery area and a washing line around the back of the house.
Guests have their own private access to the house and there is a car port (for one to two vehicles parked one behind the other) to the front of the house. Main access is through the carport to the right of the main house garage. The driveway has lights for night time access.
Guests are sharing the property with the owners, however as the property is at the bottom of the garden and completely separate from the main house, your privacy is guaranteed. Guests may have use of the garden and are welcome to contact the owners should they require any assistance.

Our property is semi-rural and is not on town water or sewerage. Our water comes from rainwater tanks (the house has 2 tanks of its own) and we have a waste water treatment plant for sewerage and grey water.
- Infants are welcome. We have a high chair and port-a-cot available. However, you will need to bring your own bedding.
