The property is about a 20 minute walk from the train station. 1.5 miles in distance.
The numbers 22 or 73 buses (direction Ninewells Hospital) from the city centre (Whitehall Street, close to train station, or Seagate - close to bus station) will get you very close and both run regularly.
A taxi from the rank outside the train station will take about 5 minutes and costs about £6 or so.

You are welcome to treat our guest studio like home, but we ask that any loud noise is abated by 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends. The property is strictly non-smoking and we regret pets are not allowed.
