Historic home in Old North Knoxville. This separate apartment with its own private entrance is part of a Victorian home built in 1906. It boasts an excellent location, near to Market Square, Happy Holler, 4th and Gill, and UT's campus. Great stationing point for attending a UT sporting event, enjoying a night out in Knoxville, or launching off on day trips to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Come enjoy our home. It is a recently renovated Victorian home originally built in 1906. The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment is attached to the main house (where we live full time) via a breezeway porch. This porch is available for guests to use while they stay with us. The house is conveniently located in the Old North Knox historic district. It is a short walk to K-Brew coffee shop (a beloved local coffee shop), a slightly longer walk to several of our favorite bars/breweries (Crafty Bastard, Hops and Hollers, and Central Flats and Taps) or a short drive (or Lyft/Uber) to several local bars, restaurants, and breweries located throughout Old North Knoxville and Downtown. We love the area and are excited to share recommendations on our favorite local businesses.
The house is also situated conveniently to several main roads which allow ready access to the Great Smoky Mountains where many adventures await.

Emily and I moved to Knoxville in 2015 to work for Cherokee Health Systems, a federally qualified health center. We are child psychologists who met while in graduate school at Louisiana State University. We are die-hard SEC football fans and love living in an SEC city. Knoxville has also supported our other hobbies, specifically enjoying delicious local restaurants, sampling crafty locally brewed beers, and taking adventures into the woods. We are also thrilled to have a new addition to our family, lil Eliza James.
