Hi Roberta – Your rating and comments are very disappointing for us, after receiving compliments from you in person about the 2 rooms you stayed in, as well as the property - and especially since we fulfilled all your special requests throughout your stay, except when you asked me to recreate an invoice to hide the taxes and AirBnB services fees within the daily rate so that you could get reimbursed from your company. When you arrived, you indicated that you only eat fruit for breakfast and asked for items which are not on our menu, which I went shopping for and provided. Since you were in town for work purposes, most of your requests were made very early in the morning or late at night, and I responded to each one in a timely manner outside of my office hours. We have received 210 “5-Star” reviews (81%) in the past year, so we hope readers will recognize that you were upset that I wouldn’t produce an invoice to falsify taxes and fees for you, which led you to write such an inaccurate review.
