This is a comfortable log cabin with great attention to detail set on our ranch where we have been for six generations. Little Otter Creek has some good pan-sized fish. There are miles of hiking, swimming in the reservoir, bird watching; scenic and wild life views surround you. This is for the nature lover, those who love the outdoors and all it offers. There is also an opportunity to ride for an additional fee mid-June to mid-Sept at our Sweet Grass Ranch.
There is a great deal of history here--this is the first Norwegian Lutheran settlement in Montana, dating to 1895. My great grandfather settled here in 1880, on Porcupine Butte. Our grandchildren are the 6th generation here.
You may hike anywhere on the ranch. We ask that you do not drive your vehicle around because of noxious weed problems.
