Situated in the heart of the City, Portugal Place is a short traffic-free street close to the river Cam running between busy Bridge Street and the relaxing haven of Jesus Green. The houses are mostly Georgian and Victorian, and the street is the prettiest in Cambridge.
We offer a two-bedroom maisonette in a handsome mid-nineteenth-century house in the shadow of the medieval church of St Clement.
The flat is self-contained, with its own kitchen (gas hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, etc) and sitting room (with sofa, dining table (two chairs, two stools) and internet connected television). A washing-machine and clothes dryer are also provided.
The flat is on the two lower floors of the house. One bedroom is on the upper ground floor and the living room, bathroom and second bedroom are on the lower ground floor.
The entrance is from the shared ground floor hall of the house.
I will meet you at the house so would like one hour’s notice of arrival to meet and give you keys.
We are available if you need any help or advice.
We are letting the flat for the first time and have provided everything that we can think of to make your stay enjoyable, but please do let me know if there is anything missing.

Because of its steep internal stairs the flat is not suitable for small children or the infirm.
Although there is accommodation for 4 people, due to the size of the flat it is most comfortable for a couple or two people sharing.
