The property comprises of a two-room furnished apartment within a 2-floor levels complex, as shown in the photo. Apartment No.2 is on the lower level of the complex. The apartment is 35 square meters, comprising of a living room/kitchen common area, a bedroom, and bathroom. The apartment is offered on a SELF-SERVICE catering basis, which means that there is no cleaning service provided throughout the stay and there are NO bed linens/towels provided, and guests shall bring their own. NO balcony.
The living room/kitchen is equipped with a small T/V, small fridge and a kitchenette along with basic cooking amenities. Both rooms are air-conditioned. The apartment is fully furnished. The bedroom contains two single beds (0,70m width x 2m long) which may be jointed for a double one, whilst a built-in sofa (0,70m width x 2m long) in the living room may be used as a bed. There is NO BALCONY space to this apartment.

We do provide pillows for each bed. In case you require bed linen, these are offered for an extra fee of €6.5 per guest. Guests that do require bed linen shall inform us via message before booking.
We do provide the basic toiletries and basic cleaning amenities for the apartment, on the first set, so as guests may clean/tidy the apartment during their stay.
Cleaning upon check-out is compulsory and is charged.
With this method we are aiming to a low cost rent fee of the property itself to the guests, by removing costly hotel type services.
The hotel/apartments complex has a free parking space adjacent to the property, but this is of limited spaces to a first come-first serve basis between guests at the time of their stay and during their in/out of the property moves. We cannot guarantee on a fixed or an available at all times space throughout the stay.
We do not live within the apartment complex but for any problems, guests are welcome to contact us during their stay and we shall deal with any matter accordingly. There is no reception for direct inquiries.

Guests shall be informed that there is a steep uphill part of the road of about 40 meters just prior the property, in case on foot. From the entrance of the complex to the apartment there are also 20 steps in 3 levels. Unfortunately, there are no facilities or amenities to assist people with impaired mobility, such as wheelchair ramps, elevator, bathroom rail handles etc. Moreover, if any guest wishes to use the central heating there is an extra charge of €3.5/hour.
- Although there is no cleaning service provided, guests shall ensure to keep the apartment in a neat/tidy condition (with the provided amenities), and keep it clean, as it was their own home, which rule shall be respected and adhered to, throughout their entire stay.
- Quiet Hours at 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00, basis Greek Law.
- We do love pets but we do not allow them for the sake of other guests' allergies.
- No extra guests allowed.
