The Vest House is a cozy historic home, just blocks from the University of Arkansas, the Fayetteville Farmers Market, and Dickson Street. This newly remodeled home is located across the street from the Walton Arts Center, making it the perfect location for your stay in Fayetteville. Families visiting students at school, alumni visiting for game day, or Bikes Blues and BBQ regulars, all will find our home a perfect place to enjoy all that Fayetteville has to offer.
The Vest House was built in 1870. This historic two-story home has lots of charm. The master bedroom is located downstairs, along with the living room, bathroom, kitchenette, and dining area. Upstairs houses the remaining two bedrooms. Although there is no refrigerator or stove, the kitchenette is fully stocked with a beverage cooler, countertop ice machine, coffee maker, toaster oven, hot plate and dishwasher.
There are two parking spaces on site (along the south side of the home).
Guests have access to the entire home. Parking is located on the south side of the home, with a side yard to the north.
If there is anything you need during your stay, I am a phone call away.
