The first thing Heather messaged me in her complain is that she didn't bring her GUN with and she is not comfortable staying. This truly alarmed me. I don't expect guests coming with a gun to my house ( especially with the resent events across United States). This is unfair to other guest and against my hospitality. After this I had to add No Guns rule to my listing. She was continue to complain and almost bulling me to give her back mere $55 ( my income for 2 nights of rent). My add clearly says a s hared bathroom and a shared house for people on the budget who doesn't mine renovation and living with other guests. All rooms have locks and at the time she stayed she had a second floor to herself. I believe Air Bnb is a community to share your place, and for people who are good living with others. Not for people who expect exclusivity on the buck. If Heather is such a mature adult, that wants to stay in grow up place with a private bath, Durham offers plenty of wonderful hotels for $150 a night and up.
