A top floor comfortable and clean apartment located where the night begins, and most importantly, where the night ends! Just walk out into the fun and never need a taxi home! (a great value). The large balcony overlooks directly down to the main pedestrian street where restaurants, bars and clubs are found. As it is so close to the fun, loud music is heard from the apartment, typically until 2am. Walk to the main Ayia Napa beach in 15 minutes or catch the bus to Nissi Beach. Top location!
Our apartment is on the second floor, which is the building's top floor. There is no elevator, but it is after all, just the second floor. There is a king size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) in the bedroom and two single beds in the spacious living room. The apartment is equipped with very efficient air conditioning units in each room, as well as a fan. There is a small kitchen that is nonetheless well equipped with a full sized fridge, a gas oven and cook-tops, a toaster and an electric kettle. A frape machine exists as well (this is what locals use to make iced coffee).
The large open veranda is certainly one of the highlights of this apartment. There is a full tent that provides shade during the day.
You will find that you will save a lot of money from not using taxis for going out and returning home OR a lot of trouble from trying to walk back home after a long night out :)
I, or a family member, will be there to welcome you and share valuable tips for a great stay! Anything you need, just call and I will provide you with the help or solution you need!

My name is Marios.
I am from Nicosia, Cyprus, and I love to travel! I have lived in Athens for one year and in Chapel Hill, North Carolina (USA) for 8 years. I landed there after receiving a scholarship to study at UNC and went without knowing anything about that place, which I came to love and feel as a second home.
Despite the beauty of the places where I have traveled to and the admiration of the cultures that I have experienced, I continue to believe that my beautiful island is like a paradise on earth!
I earned my Doctorate in the Philosophy of Education in May 2015 and I am currently working as a research associate at the Open University of Cyprus.
I enjoy meeting new people from around the world and this is why I am here!

I couldn't live without freedom, dignity, hope and love. Finished the list with a spot to spare!
My favorite travel destinations are: My home country, Cyprus, the Galapagos islands, Kuna Yala in Panama, a few Greek islands and that other place that I still haven't discovered...
I like listening and playing music (piano and saxophone). I like Greek and Anatolian traditional music, and world music. I like listening to alternative indie bands and artists. Jazz is great for the background, country music is good for driving and funk is perfect for dancing.
I love to cook. I never follow a recipe.
I am a very caring, social and friendly person who would go to great lengths to help his friends and fellow beings. Kindness loops around!
