The house stands in 4.5 acres of gardens and parkland with access to a private terrace and parking for 2 cars.
The Annexe is a single story building with two double bedrooms, a private bathroom en suite and a shower room. It has recently been renovated to a high standard and includes a comfortable sitting room, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. All the rooms have French doors with direct access on to a private terrace.
Guests have the use of 4.5 acres of private grounds and direct access to a public footpath which leads to Kentwell Hall and Long Melford.
