Welcome to my small yet still quite spatial, light studio-apartment for 2/3 people.
1 minute walk to/from the Leeuwarden station and the city centre.
Own kitchen, bathroom, double bed, mediocre nice couch to sleep on, air-matress, wifi and some musical instruments you're allowed to play on.
No pets aloud, all people aloud.
It's quite cosy, warm, light.
You'll be living in my house. (And I'll make some room for you on the coat rack and maybe some in the closet).
You'll be able to use whatever is in there but remember: if it's not food, you can't bring it home with you.
The whole place is yours. Just be careful with everything (the cd's, vinyl, cd-/record-player, books, lamp on the couch, instruments and the plants)
During your stay I'll be on my own holiday in Brighton, England.
You can contact me by mailing or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), I'll probably answer within an hour/few hours.
I'f you would like to know things about the city it's better to contact me before you get here 'cause I'll have more time to help you then. I'm open to help!
I'll leave a note with some helpful things to know for you in te room (like the wifi-password and which book is quite nice to read).

The room is quite warm. Nothing you can't live with, just a note.
(After I've walked up the stairs and enter my room I want to lose some clothes..)
The blue curtain is a DYI. You'll see how it works (sometimes the pin falls out of the wall and you have to stick it back in. Don't worry, it happens).
Oh and you can do your laundry here but I never do that because I don't understand the system (you pay for three hours of electricity to be able to use the washer and dryer). Better to just save up all your clothes and wash them when you're back home (or ask a flatmate, some people DO do their laundry here).
- Careful with the instruments
- Quiet in the hallway. Once in the room, make all the noise you want.
- You could host something in the room, it's just not that big.
