The hallway houses a central electrical control touchscreen that regulates the lighting, heating, air-conditioning and sound system for the whole apartment. Each room has separate individual controls so you can alter manually, and individual remote controls to open and close the blinds and windows.
Sun Room: To the front of the property is the south facing sun room, with large bi-fold doors that open out onto the private garden. There is a decked area with additional outside seating in the garden. Relax on the comfortable wicker style furniture and enjoy the 180 degrees view of the estuary. There is also a 40’ freestanding TV.
Lounge/Dining/Kitchen area: Access from the hallway or via the sun room, this expansive open plan space is luxurious, with seaviews.
Lounge - to the front of the room, has a lovely decorative feature fire place and there are 2 large leather sofas with low coffee table and floor lamp. A 40’ TV is wall mounted above the fireplace, offering a Sky TV package including sports and movies.

I moved to the North East in 1989, and fell in love with everything about Northumberland and the region as a whole. Not only have you got the lively city of Newcastle but a short drive (or train journey away) you are at the coast or in some of the most beautiful and peaceful countryside in the UK that I have ever been. I have been lucky enough to travel around the world and still enjoy travelling, but always look forward to returning to the North East.
