Located on historic Millionaires Row this Cottage/Home features a large modern kitchen with an open dining/living room area with a patio facing the St. Lawrence River with spectacular views of the famous Boldt Castle and passing ships.

The first floor includes a private bedroom, a large family room, a full-sized shuffle board table, a full bath, and laundry. The second floor includes an open kitchen and bar, dining/living room, a master bedroom, full bath, and a ladder to the attic loft.

Watch ships traversing the St. Lawrence River right in front of you! Castles and mansions of days past are just a stone throw away and tours are available. The 1000 Islands have been named as one of the top 10 boating destinations in the world!

Guests have full access to the cottage as it is not shared. The pool is located behind the main residence and is available for your pleasure. The owners boat dock has room for additional boats if you decide to bring one.
