Our experience with these guests has been one of the worst we had in so many years of rentals. We are new on Airbnb but we rent out several houses since a long time ago and never had similar disrespectful guests like these. Matt, in his review, has written many fakes and as a consequence, I am evaluating with my lawyers to bring action against him for defamation. The true and sole inconvenience they had, was given by the Jacuzzi temperature which couldn't be more then 28 degrees C because the button has been surely broken by themselves. Notwithstanding, we acted our technician but unfortunately it was necessary to replace all the front display and order it directly to the manufacturing company ; the new device needs some times to arrive and to be delivered.
All the rest Matt has written about is just an excuse with the only purpose to receive some reimbursements and to cover all the documented damages they have done.
About the trullo and all the rest, the whole has always been appreciated by everyone - please read also the other reviews - These guests could not be further from Airbnb’s ‘belong together’ ethos.
