I enjoy renting my Southampton home to families or a small group of refined adults. I think of these people as guests and try to make everything as comfortable for them as I can. I only rent for part of each summer and have several people who return each year. The house is well appointed and there are also towels chairs, etc. to take to the beach. I have livied in New York and had a home in the Hamptons as well most of my life.
