Some people are nice and positive, others just trouble makers. First of all would love to say that I have never had such a bad experience as I had with these guests. Moreover I claimed that evaluation that I think is offensive and not truly. The rule about electricity is created basically for the people that don’t care and don’t have common sense. I don’t charge people just for charge basically that rule was created to avoid people using air cons with doors open or for hours while they are not at home (as it happened) and have a bit of common sense that in this situation people didn’t have at all. Others issues- Air con was working.Control remote broke. You never was without air con. We showed you how to switch it on and changed a remote control for a new one. Toilet was NOT broken, had running water. That was fixed promptly. Termites is a constant problem in hot countries and have to be fumigated but they are not dangerous to people at all. They appeared one day to another and we asked you If they bother you and you said that no problem at all. That is why we didn’t want to bother with fumigation. You never spent a day without hot water, this not true, even on red day in Spain we managed to fix it. Unfortunately one part of boiler got broken and couldn’t be fixed one day to another because all services are on holidays in Spain in August and find someone working is practically impossible. Nevertheless we always managed for you to have hot water. Remote control. We had agreed with you on check out at 11.00 am. You wrote to me at 23.00 night before when everything was closed that you want to leave next day a 9.30 am when all was closed and I could not do anything with control remote. Within your stay I had a lot of problems with electricity that have never had before. Plus as you can see in all previous reviews no one ever complained about anything and with you suddenly everything broke down.... Nevertheless I have fixed everything fast. This is a big property and things get broken but the question is that all was attended very fast and solved. Even in hotels things get broken and has to be repaired. About microwave I will take it into consideration as no one before has asked for that same about tele. Would love to mention also that the house was left very dirty and have to pay double to clean it and also buy new towels and extra sheets because could not be used after your stay.
