The owners of this villa went the extra mile to really make it a house with the 'wow' factor. Each of the four bedrooms has it's own unique theme, starting with the Harry Potter themed twin room. This room shares a 'jack and jill' type bathroom with bedroom 3 which has a Mickey Through the Ages theme. Even the shared bathroom has Minions scampering about the walls. Bedroom two has a magnificent Seaworld/Shamu theme and there is an adjacent bathroom which has Mickey and friends on the walls. The master bedroom has a travel theme with black and white photos from countries across the globe and a stunning mural depiction of the Eiffel Tower. This room has an en-suite bathroom with twin basins, oval tub and separate shower. The garage has been converted to a games room with pool table and air hockey game and has been decorated with Star Wars images. The main living area is open plan and has a comfortable seating area with large flatscreen TV, working fireplace, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 3 people, breakfast table seating 4 and patio doors to the pool area. In the corner there is a desk with laptop hook up and printer.
The pool has a spacious sun bathing deck and is fully screened to help keep bugs out. The pool is a good size and heating is available. There is also a spa. Two patio tables, each seating four, and two sun loungers will enable you to laze round the pool soaking up the Florida sunshine. A nautical themed bar with stools is a nice touch for enjoying drinks on a warm evening. There is also a Finding Nemo themed pool bathroom so the kids don't have to traipse water through the house.
