The place is exactly how it is in the pictures. I'm not sure why you would think it would be any different. The place has over 1000 square-feet, the included gym is listed part of the listing. The hot-tub is not part of the listing and isn't even in the pictures.
I would also recommend doing some reading instead of running around blind. I have put all the information you needed in the Airbnb info packet that is sent after you book. This includes your Check-In Time, and Keycode which you had to call and text me about because you decided not to read anything at all and complain straight to me with and with your review. It's a bit ridiculous to complain about not getting the lock to work and leaving 1 star when you're the only person out of over 70 groups that have stayed here that had problems with it because you refused to read anything.
I realize this is your first airbnb and you may have different expectations, but you can't expect a $300 night airbnb place when you're paying less than $150 and a normal night at a hotel was $200.
If you wanted a place specifically renovated for Airbnb like the ones you see on TV it would have to be outside of city limits. Asheville has a lot of airbnb restrictions on the things we can include and how we can operate. I have Airbnb like that I could have referred you to, but those are $200+ a night similar to the hotel prices here. We do give welcome packages, but don't expect one if you're only staying for one night. Almost all guests who stay for one night are staying as part of a road trip.
