1) In the description on the flat, it is described that we charge an extra fee for the late check in, it is not a surprise for my guests. A friend helps me sometimes in case of late check in and the fee goes to him. On my profile, it is also written than after 11am guests have to leave the flat because, most of the time, we have guests coming in the afternoon and we have to prepare the apartment for them. I recommend a service to pick up your luggage and deliver straight on to your terminal at the airport but you did not answer me.
2) The cleaning lady forgot to pick up the previous towels stocked in a bathroom (on out of two) and that was our mistake, no doubts. I offered you my sincere apologies and you told me that it was okay, telling me that "you want only to inform us and that the same happened to you in Berlin". If that was a really big deal for you, you could have told me the same day you arrived to the flat and noticed it, so I could helped you straight on.
3) When you informed me about the raining situation, you told me also that "the situation is not critical". In that case, you acted perfectly, putting a container to collect some water dropping from the roof and that's is.
4)The house provide an Italian moka with coffee. I am sorry if this is not what you were expected...
5) This is weird to me, since the flat is situated on the 5th floor, no noise, with a lot of windows and it is really bright. Actually, I am doble surprised because you wrote to me these words "The apartment is very quiet and comfortable and the situation is perfect".
I am really sorry, Estelle, about your review and your low satisfaction about my flat. And I really do not understand why, after telling me all these bad things that happened to you, you conclude the text with: The situation is very good.
At the end, I am really confused...
