Thanks for your feedback. As a homeowner on AirBnB, having this listing allows for me to update my property and make it better. I have addressed the concerns you brought up by going out to get matching sets of all my cookware and dishes, hired a new cleaning service that I have VERY high hopes for, and am currently talking to my handyman about fixing the immediate problems. The plumbing has been addressed and everything is working fine now. The smell was because of a chemical the plumber had to pour down the drain and the power went out while I was trying to ventilate the house, so that was just unfortunate timing. I offer the ROKU TV to guests with my Netflix already signed in, but I do not subscribe to any other TV services. I tend to leave it up to the guests, but I am open to any and all suggestions to better improve my guests viewing pleasure! Please just reach out and let me know if you have a specific request.
As for the pool table: Man those things are hard to clean. I'm thinking I might have to replace the actual cloth to the table. For now i try to keep up with it by brushing and cleaning it, but I will ask the cleaner about steaming it. I bought new pool cues before your stay, so I'm not sure why they would not be acceptable. Was it the size of the Cue? Anyhow, I have ordered even more pool cues on amazon and they should arrive in a few days.
As for the rehabbing comment, I do flip houses for a living but this is my personal residence. Any work on the house is simply to make it better ;D. I really enjoy what I do! My next big project will be to replace all of the flooring in the house, but I will have to block off the calendar for at least 3 days to accomplish this because of the size of the property. I am currently renovating a room upstairs to turn it into a personal home office so that I can be even more attentive to my guests.
