We are so disappointed to receive your review and hear of your concerns, especially since we did not hear from you at all during your stay and these are issues that we could have quickly remedied. We live right around the corner from the cottage, and we take pride in our ability to promptly accommodate just about anything a guest needs during their stay. Your reservation indicated that two guests were staying, so we left sheets and blankets for two people, but we would have happily provided additional linens at a moment's notice if we knew you were in need of them. We are also unsure what gave you the perception that the sheets were not clean - our professional housekeeper does a full cleaning after every stay, including changing all linens, without fail. Needless to say, we are alarmed by your observation and we're looking into to it to ensure that the cottage remains in line with our high standard of cleanliness. Accordingly, we're happy to offer you a partial refund if you felt the cottage was anything less than impeccably clean. Multiple listing photos of the kitchen portray that it is outfitted with a mini-fridge, so we're unsure how your expectations of the fridge were misaligned. We're so sorry that your experience was disappointing - we just wish we had the opportunity to make it right for you during your stay!
