My dear guest:
I am sorry you didn’t enjoy as the other guests your stay in this lovely apartment.
It is a shared apartment with one big bathroom and a second toilet, both shared. I think the ad in my profile says it very clearly. Everyday a cleaning lady goes to the apartment in the morning to clean the rooms and the common areas, specially the bathroom and kitchen, but I appeal to the responsibility of the guests to leave the common bathroom in good condition after its use. You arrived passed midnight so it is understandable that many people used the bathroom that day and maybe it isn’t as clean as it was in the morning. If somebody forgot his own floor mat in the bathroom shouldn’t be a big deal. I gave you your own floor mat, isn’t it?
I gave you the possibility to check in very late (midnight) with a very practical option opening a padlock that contains the keys but it seems you expect me to go past midnight to receive you. I wouldn’t have accepted most of my guests if I had to receive all my guests in person when they arrive when I am at work or sleeping. You are a guest, not Lady Di. Don’t be so selfish, my dear.
There is a fan tower in each room. If you didn’t see it, you could have asked. And what do you expect in summer in Madrid in the hottest week of the year? You had a fan just for you. Tantrums are not welcomed.
And let me remind you that Cervantes is from the XVI century and this building is from the XIX. Do not make me make a joke about your ignorance in History. Americans...your country even didn’t exist in XVI century :)
Thank you for your stay
