Thank you for your feedback. Your compliments are greatly appreciated, that:
“…. The area generally and the house in particular is very quite and relaxing. The host is responsiv and friendly. The shower was great, working all the time properly and with all the time hot water - a very important point. It was very clean. …..”
All that you have indicated is very useful. It will help us improve the facilities to meet guest expectations. In fact we aim at exceeding the expectations of all who will stay with us. We are already working on all the shortcomings as per your feedback: the plumbing problem was sorted out while your spouse was here; our TV screen does work, but we will connect it directly to the internet to help meet guest expectations; Wi-Fi can be erratic, but again we are getting it upgraded to get stronger signals as needed. All these will be in place by close of this week.
In principle, we do not have a problem when a guest comes in with visitors, within our house rule of “no party no events”. However, it is important for us to know in advance, when our guest is expecting visitors to stay overnight or late at night. Topmost in our guest facilitation is their security while staying with us. Knowing that there are other people on the premises, not booked in through Airbnb is critical in our view, for the security, first and foremost of the guest, and secondly of the host. I will seek guidance from Airbnb on how best to indicate this in the host conditions.
Finally, my general comment is that, it is could be important for guests, such as your spouse, to be registered in Airbnb, so the feedback, especially of the guest experience comes directly from the guest. In such a case, the host experience will also be directly to the guest.
Else, we are grateful that you chose for your spouse to stay with us. We apologise for any inconvenience due to the shortcomings in our facility. We hope you will choose to stay with us again in future.
