This is a small room in a friendly and busy family house full of books and paintings, the stairs are very steep and the bathrooms small and old fashioned.
We have one large and friendly brindled lurcher, called Murphy, who would love to take you for a walk.
You will share the space with Helen and I, my friendly teenage son and our 8yr old daughter. And a lot of guitars!
We have a tiny but very green and lush backyard!
No smoking and shoes off.
