Superb thatched guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just 20-25 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht and in the heart of 'Het Gooi' within walking distance of the center of Laren. The guesthouse has a spacious living /dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The guesthouse has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas and a barbecue.

The house was built in 1896 and is beautifully decorated while maintaining original details. There is fast WiFi available and in the living room you have access to a 55 "smart TV, including Sonos system. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a Nespresso machine. The center of Laren is only a 5 minute walk, and there you will find luxury shops, numerous restaurants / bars and the Singer Museum. For your safety we have installed 3 Nest Protects, detecting smoke and carbonmonoxide ( each bedroom and living room)

The surroundings of Laren are ideal for beautiful walks on the heath or in the forest. There are also beautiful bicycle routes. Besides the beautiful Laren, a visit to Blaricum, Naarden Vestiging, Hilversum or Huizen is recommended. Amsterdam and Utrecht can be reached by car within 20-25 minutes.
