Cosy, one bedroom flat in the most premium area of the city center. Centrally located, just 5 minutes (30m) from Avenida da Liberdade, often know as Lisbon's Champs-Élysées where super brands have their flag stores.
The metro station is just down at the avenue, taking you almost anywhere in Lisbon and you also have taxis and buses passing there all 24 hours.
There is commerce and mini-markets at your door step and lot's of tourist attractions at walking distance (like Príncipe Real or Rossio).
The 5 minutes distance protecting you from the avenue noise make this an extremely quiet apartment.
You have a bedroom, a living-room, kitchen and bathroom, all equipped for a perfect stay. The living room is spacious and includes a dinning area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove and oven, microwave, blender and electric kettle. There's also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
At your arrival your apartment will have been freshly cleaned and equipped with clean bed linens and towels. You'll find basic stuff in the bathroom like toilet paper, soap, shampoo or shower gel.
The house itself is a modern building from the 70s, renewed a couple of years ago, well lit and spacious.
All the house will be exclusively yours during your stay. You'll have the key so you can get in and out as you wish.
We'll be present at your arrival to show you the house and give you tips about the city. I will be available trough cell phone for any problem or tips you need. You can message me through the most popular phone app, SMS, Airbnb or you can call me.
