The Gypsea Mermaid is an unique guest home with space for 1-5 guests, in the Tropical Hideaway Suite, located in a quiet neighborhood in Culebra, PR. Off street parking, outdoor shower, BBQ, covered porches, fully equipped kitchen, DirecTV, and Wifi offer a comfortable stay for your beach vacation. Suite is located down a set of stairs from the driveway. Only 2.5 miles from Flamenco Beach, less than 1 mile to the Culebra Airport, and 1.3 miles to town and the ferry dock.

Mekân
The newly renovated Tropical Hideaway Suite offers 1 bedroom (1 King bed or 2 twin beds - your choice! Full size futon and oversized couch in living room). Fully equipped kitchen, brand new windows and air conditioners, private bathroom, living room, outdoor shower, private covered porch with hammocks, and a private outdoor tropical patio. The beach essentials provided include beach chairs, boogie board, cooler, sand toys, and towels. Personal essentials provided include bath towels, shampoo/condition/shower gel. Books, DVD's, games and puzzles provided to give you and your family the ultimate beach vacation experience

Our names are Jim and Abbey Blizzard. Jim works as a Pipeline Operator for Colonial Pipeline Company and Abbey works as a Cardiac Registered Nurse. We were married on Folly Beach in Charleston, South Carolina on the most beautiful, perfect, sunny day. Our fuzzy, loveable, brown haired, spoiled chocolate Labrador Retriever, Sophie, is our “baby”. Besides being in Culebra, we love building things, biking, painting, playing with Sophie…pretty much anything to do with being outdoors. We love our sushi and Mexican dishes, and nice cold mango smoothies. We have both traveled the globe but, still find Culebra the most kind, warm, friendly, and beautiful place to be. Not only are the beaches and natural beauty amazing, and the local food delicious, but most of all it is the generous and welcoming people of Culebra that draws us back each time and makes us sad to leave. We love Culebra and are very excited about sharing our home with others in hopes that they will fall in love with the island just as we did.
