Welcome to our cozy, bright and nice apartment with free parking. This is a nice place to stay in a calm and safe part of Nis but also not too far from the city center and other interesting things. We want our guests to feel like at home and we will be there for you to explain everything so you can easily explore our city.

This is a nice place to stay not far away from the city center, just 4 km and that is 15 min by bus and 10 min by car or taxi. Taxi in Nis is not expensive so you can get a ride for 2,50 euros from the city center to the apartment. The bus station is 100 meters from the apartment and bus ticket you will be able to buy on a bus only for 50 cents.
