◎ This listing there are 3 bedrooms, living room, dinning room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

☆ 1st room【Room number 101】. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
★ 1st bedroom there are 1 queen bed and 2 sofa. This room is in the centre of room. But this room there is no door.
★ 2nd bedroom there are 3 single bed
★ 3rd bedroom is Japan Tatami room style. In this room can lay 3 futon/mattress. But normally we do not set floor mattress at this room. If you would like to use mattress in this room. Please request our staff before 48 hours in advance.

☆ 2nd room【Room number 102】. There are 1 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
★ 4th bedroom there are 1 queen bed and 1 single bed.
☆ Living room there is 2 small sofa.
☆ Dining room there is dining table come with 8 seats.
☆ Kitchen room there are basic kitchenware and basic tableware.

So in total you will get 2 queen bed, 4 single beds and 3 futon/mattress.

1. Guest can take bus number 16 and 106 from Asahikawa station to our apartment.
*At Asahikawa station guest can wait bus at bus stop number 23.

2. Recommended for guest traveling around Hokkaido by car because our house near from the exit of Asahikawa Expressway.
*It is a little inconvenient if there is no car from Asahikawa Station.

3. Please check in after 3 p.m. only. But guest can ask our staff for leave luggage after 1 p.m. before check in. Please inform our staff in advance.
*After leave luggage please leave the house as soon as possible (can not stay inside the house) because at this time cleaning staff might cleaning the house. Please do not interrupt them and please leave the luggage together (not separate). If guest interrupt cleaning staff during they do their work, guest might get an extra charge. Please carefully about it.
*Please do not leave value thing or money inside luggage. If there is anything lost, our staff can not responsible about it. Please carefully about it.

4. Please check out before 11a.m. Guest can not leave luggage after check out. If guest leave luggage after check out, guest might get an extra charge because it will make the cleaning staff can not clean house and let them work difficultly.

5. After guest get into the apartment. Guest must check in themselves with our tablet. Our staff will leave tablet on dinning table. If guest can not find it, please inform our staff on Airbnb.

*This apartment is managed under the permission of Japanese government. It is an accommodation run officially.
According to Japanese law, I need to ask all of my guests to submit a registration form.
* For the foreign travelers, please submit the passport photo in the registration form together. (※the page clearly showing the face picture, name, passport number and expiry date but I don’t need personal number.)

Your personal information is, of course, confidential and I won’t use it for any other reasons. If I don’t follow the rules, I will get penalties and have to close my listing. Your understanding and cooperation is truly appreciated.

6. We provide free 2 parking for guest. But when you park car at our parking, please do not use car horn. Please do not park car hinder our neighbor's house way and please do not park on the road. Please park car front apartment.
*If guest do not sure about where can park car, please ask our staff on Airbnb.
*Actually front of our apartment there are other parking lot [more than 2 parking lot]. Please noted that we provide guest only 2 parking lot. Other parking lot is for other guest and for neighbour.

7. My cleaning staff will take care of your garbage after you check out. So please DO NOT take out any of your garbage outside the room, and DO NOT leave them on the balcony/veranda. Please tie up all your garbage for easy disposal. Long-stay guests who wish to remove the garbage from the apartment can message us and we will help you with garbage disposal.

8. If you want to throw away large items such as old suitcases, please inform me first since it is not free of charge.

9. In winter time (from November to March), I recommend you to buy special steel bites for your shoes to prevent from slipping on icy roads. They really help! You can buy them at Lawson in New Chitose Airport or most convenience stores in town.
Roads get very icy and slippery in snowy Hokkaido, so please be aware and prepared!

10. Prohibited to smoke inside the apartment. If our cleaning staff can notice there is cigaret smell inside the room, guest might get extra charge for clean the apartment and remove the smell from the apartment.

11. If the property in the room causes loss or damage, as well as soiled bed sheets and beds, compensation shall be made according to the price.

12. Everything in the room can only be used here and cannot be taken away.

13. When nearby the apartment, take care not to disturb the neighbours. Please don't make loud noises, no partying or any other type of loud behaviour.
- Quiet hours are from 9PM to 9AM.

14. Maintain the sanitation of the apartment.

15. Turn EVERYTHING off when leaving the house and lock the door.

16. Please do not visit the neighbouring apartments or houses.

17. This apartment is just an apartment, not a hotel. Please understand there are no concierge services, daily cleaning, room service, etc as there is in hotels.

18. If the guest loses the key, they will be responsible for paying the KEY AND THE LOCK Replacement fee.

19. Lastly, I simply ask you ( the guest ) to have consideration towards the house and The neighbours as if they were your own.

20. If you extend your reservation on the morning of your check-out date, you will have to pay the cleaning cancellation fee. Because we may have to pay cancellations fee because our cleaners may already be on their way to the apartment. If you want to extend your stay, please advise us at least 48 hours before your check-out.
