We offer a quiet upstairs bedroom and adjacent guest bathroom in our townhouse in Braddon, very close to the business and shopping centre of Canberra. Located in a small block of five townhouses in a leafy garden setting, a quiet and peaceful oasis to relax in after a day's sightseeing or attending to business.
The room has a comfortable double bed with crisp white linen, hotel quality towels and a separate private bathroom with a shower and bath. Free wifi is provided along with use of the laundry by arrangement. We welcome guests like friends whilst ensuring your privacy is respected.
We supply coffee (Nespresso), tea and milk, and a delicious healthy breakfast of muesli & fresh seasonal berries with yoghurt and toast. You can prop at the breakfast bar with a view through to our beautiful courtyards - you may see some of our stunning native birds, rosellas, galahs and cockatoos swooping through the gardens.
Limited visitor parking is generally available on the property.

We have travelled a lot and we aim to offer guests a unique and memorable stay allowing you space and privacy. Canberra named the best place in the WORLD... again

OECD rankings have yet again confirmed what many Canberrans have long known; that our city is the best place to live in the world.
A story on the The New York Times's new site The UpShot, titled "Want an easy life? Try Canberra", trumpeted the results from a second report from the OECD, ranking 362 regions according to an increased nine measures of well-being from their 34 member countries.

Canberra has overtaken Adelaide as Australia's most liveable city. An annual survey by the Property Council of Australia asked 5,400 people across 10 cities to rate their city on the issues that matter to them.
Canberra edged out Adelaide and Hobart, scoring highly in outdoor recreation, education, and safety.
The capital also ranked second for healthcare services, cleanliness, design, roads, employment and economic opportunities.
